01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and apk365 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at apk365.ws ("the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services offered by apk365, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade games, and all ancillary services.

Access to or use of the apk365 Platform — including creating an account, placing a bet, making a deposit, or simply browsing the Platform — constitutes your unequivocal acceptance of these Terms. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the apk365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

apk365 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the apk365 Platform and its real-money gaming services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. This age requirement is absolute and non-waivable under any circumstance.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by apk365 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of apk365 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

apk365 employs age verification and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to enforce the 21+ age restriction. Where apk365 has reasonable grounds to believe a User may be under the age of 21, the account may be suspended pending satisfactory verification. Any winnings accrued on an account later determined to belong to an under-age individual shall be forfeited.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming services on apk365, you must register a user account. By submitting a registration application, you warrant that all information provided — including your name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) apk365 account only. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be in violation of this rule will be suspended and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apk365 login credentials. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password for your apk365 account and not reuse it on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent apk365 support.
• Notify apk365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

apk365 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security. All transactions completed using your login credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified apk365 of a security breach.

apk365 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC documentation) at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal request, and upon any material change to account information. Acceptable KYC documents include government-issued photo identification and proof of address dated within three months. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by apk365 may result in account restriction.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the apk365 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted, subject to applicable minimum and maximum limits published in the Platform cashier section:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• HBL bank transfer
• UBL bank transfer
• Meezan Bank transfer
• Visa debit / credit card
• Mastercard debit / credit card

Deposits are credited to your apk365 PKR wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. apk365 does not charge deposit fees on JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions; however, third-party charges imposed by your payment provider are outside apk365's control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following indicative timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — same business day for verified accounts; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) — one to three business days; card withdrawals — three to five business days. These timeframes are indicative and may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

apk365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that exhibit patterns consistent with money laundering or fraudulent activity. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined pending satisfactory review. apk365 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations under its international gaming license.

Funds deposited into your apk365 account must be used for gaming purposes on the Platform. apk365 does not accept deposits where the sole intent is to use the Platform as a payment transfer mechanism without genuine gaming activity. Any account identified as engaging in such conduct will be suspended and funds returned after AML review.

05 Betting Rules & Game Terms

All sports betting markets, casino games, slots, and arcade games on the apk365 Platform are governed by specific game rules applicable to each product. These product-specific rules form part of these Terms by incorporation and are available within the Platform interface for each product.

With respect to cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan national team matches, and international tournaments — the following general rules apply:

• Bets accepted prior to the scheduled start of a match are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or the relevant domestic league organiser).
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion and are subject to the live odds displayed at the time of acceptance. apk365 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Where a match is abandoned, suspended, or the result is not determined within the timeframe specified in the applicable product rules, bets will be settled in accordance with those rules, which may include settlement as a void or partial settlement based on overs completed.
• Errors in odds (palpable errors) — including manifest mis-pricing resulting from technical or human error — do not create a binding obligation on apk365. apk365 reserves the right to void bets settled at erroneous odds.

apk365 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories for all virtual and slot games. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by any preceding result. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programmes

apk365 offers bonuses and promotional credits ("Bonuses") to registered users from time to time, subject to the specific terms of each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only. apk365 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") which must be fulfilled before any associated winnings or bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds in your apk365 wallet. Where a User holds both bonus and real-money funds, wagering will ordinarily be deducted from real-money funds first unless the specific promotion terms provide otherwise.
• Only one Bonus may be active on an account at any time unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• apk365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time, including after it has been issued, where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of the promotion.
• Bonus offers are intended for personal recreational use only. Any systematic exploitation of Bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, automated strategies, or coordinated group activity — is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonuses and potentially the suspension of all involved accounts.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the apk365 Platform. Engaging in any of the below — whether directly or indirectly, personally or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised by apk365.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or any form of wagering based on non-public information about the outcome of an event.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate artificial profits.
• Engaging in collusion with other users or with Platform employees.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to engage in any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud.
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your apk365 account by any third party, including a minor.
• Using the Platform in any manner that causes, or is likely to cause, disruption to or damage to the Platform or the experience of other users.

apk365 employs fraud detection technology and human review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is identified, apk365 will act promptly and proportionately. In cases involving significant fraud, match-fixing, or financial crime, apk365 will cooperate fully with relevant law enforcement and regulatory bodies.

08 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the apk365 Platform — including the website design, software, source code, databases, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, text, audio-visual content, and the selection and arrangement of all Platform content — are the exclusive property of apk365 or its duly licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any part of the Platform without express written consent from apk365.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform's software.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any Platform content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Unauthorised use of apk365's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

apk365 collects, processes, stores, and transfers personal data about registered users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on apk365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

apk365 will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. apk365 may share data with third-party service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud detection services) where necessary to operate the Platform, and may disclose data to competent regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required to do so.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apk365 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, or communication disruptions.
• Losses attributable to delays in the processing of bets or game results caused by technical issues outside apk365's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from errors in posted odds that are subsequently corrected under Clause 5 of these Terms.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate security as required under Clause 3.
• Any decision by apk365 to suspend, restrict, or close your account in good-faith exercise of its rights under these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. apk365 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. apk365 recommends that Users maintain up-to-date anti-virus and internet security software on all devices used to access the Platform.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

apk365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any User account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete requested KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the restriction or closure of the account.
• Death of the account holder (subject to estate administration procedures).
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account handling procedures, including any applicable inactivity fees, are detailed in the Platform's account management documentation.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance (including winnings) associated with the breaching activity may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to user conduct, any remaining balance will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method after satisfactory identity verification.

You may close your apk365 account voluntarily at any time by contacting apk365 support. Prior to account closure, all active bets will be settled according to their normal terms and any remaining balance will be returned.

12 Responsible Gaming

apk365 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for a small minority of users, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered apk365 users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period. The same cooling-off period applies to increases.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations to control time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). The account cannot be reinstated until the cooling-off period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the apk365 Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months. apk365 will take reasonable technical measures to prevent excluded users from accessing the Platform.

13 Amendments to These Terms

apk365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a Platform user — apk365 will provide advance notice of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, either by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered contact details.

Minor changes (including grammatical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a provision, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law) may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be updated on all amendments, whether material or minor.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 11. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apk365 holds its international gaming license.

In the event of any dispute between you and apk365 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact apk365 support in writing to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. apk365 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of first submission, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism designated under apk365's international gaming license. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties, subject only to appeal on points of law where permitted.

Nothing in this Clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of the dispute resolution process.

apk365 will send all formal notices to you using the contact details registered on your account. It is your responsibility to keep these details current. Notices sent to an outdated email address or mobile number will be deemed to have been effectively delivered.
